"Fantastic experience ayurvedic care. I came at Agasthya Medical Center for the first time. After a knee prothesis surgery in France my knee was very stiff and I could'nt walk very well. So here I met Dr T.D.Bose and Dr Nisham Bams. They gave me a medical protocol with different massages. The three women therapists which take care of me were so professional, gentle !!! Today after 3 weeks treatment I can bent my knee much more better because it goes unswollen. I am so glad because this therapy is very efficient. Thanks a lot to everyone. "Our honest feedback a year after the treatment. It’s been a yearlong that my husband had undergone his treatment at Agasthya Ayurvedic Medical Centre for his back, spine & shoulders which he had it for the last 10-12 yrs. Firstly, my husband was recommended by the surgeons to undergo surgery ASAP as his symptoms like twitching, radiating pain and numbness had aggravated to his hand, leg & face. Uncle Stanley who had come down here for his treatment few years ago had suggested we visit this place. We had contacted the medical centre and Dr Sreeju asked us to send his scan reports. He was advised 21 days of treatment in the medical center. With lot of hesitation and fear, we went ahead and booked our tickets during the month of October. We reached on 18th December 2022 at 6am, refreshed ourselves and it was time for our breakfast that was served at 8am. Dr Sreedev had come in to check about him and asked us to start the treatment at 9am to 10:30am ending up with an oil message to be kept for at least 15mins before a hot bath. We had to first meet Dr Sreedev he noted everything down and took us in to meet Dr Bose. We were provided with a twin sharing room occupancy that was clean but had mildew smell. The food (breakfast, lunch & dinner) was healthy, very hygienic and reasonable. No deep fried oily or spicy food. Only boiled or steamed food was served to us. We were given 2 jugs of herbal drinking hot water every day in the morning and evening. Just carry only few clothes as you will not go out anywhere. It is a must to carry your cotton towel to tie around your waist after the massage for men and cotton nighty for women. The helpers help wash our daily used clothes, oiled towel etc with a small amount given to them. The rooms and washrooms are swept, mopped and dusted every day before 11am. There are 3-4 different procedures used during these 21 days of treatment which would be done by 2-3 experienced therapists. The points that need rectification will be worked on thoroughly and a patch would be put to reduce the inflammation. Dr Sreeju (wife of Dr Bose) is so simple, humble and with lots of patience. She assists the lady patients with any health issues. She offers homeopathy treatment for patients. Dr Sreedev assists Dr Bose and takes care of the centre promptly. A dedicated and humble person who guided us from day 1 until this day. When called or messaged, he replies back with the necessary information. At the end of 21 days, he was given instruction on DOs and Don’ts back home. They have given him some tablets, massage oil and pain relief oil to be taken for the next 3 months. And the most important instruction is not to travel much, climb stairs or carry weights for the next 3 months after the treatment as the bones are made soft and will take some time to strengthen. It was so amazing to witness the relief my husband had from his pain few days after the treatment but felt much better back home with proper rest and as instructed by the doctors. The 1st set of medicines and oils will be given to us while we leave from their and during follow-up calls, they courier us the medicines and oils accordingly. Here we go again this December to get a follow-up of the treatment. Although, the doctors did not insist on the same but my husband wanted to go their once again. This medical center is advertised only through word of mouth from other patients who had come down here for treatment and found it so much beneficial. They are not money mind people but believe in what they do with simplicity and passion. Thanks and gratitude to God for guiding us through uncle Stanley all the way from SJBHS school, Bangalore to Agasthya Ayurvedic Medical Centre. From here it is Dr Bose, Dr Sreedev, Dr Sreeju, Mr Shivan & his wife, Mr Justin, Mr Ramesh & all the other staffs (Arun, Benni, few forgotten names) in the medical centre are so helpful and amazing people to be around.
